শিপিং এবং ডেলিভারি পলিসি

১। শিপিং চার্জ;

  • ঢাকা শহরের মধ্যে: স্ট্যান্ডার্ড ডেলিভারির জন্য ৭০ টাকা (৩-৫ কার্যদিবস)।
  • ঢাকার বাইরে: স্ট্যান্ডার্ড ডেলিভারির জন্য ১৭০ টাকা (৫-৭ কার্যদিবস)।
২। শিপিং ডিসকাউন্ট:

  •         ২৫০০ টাকা থেকে ৫৪৯৯ টাকার মধ্যে অর্ডার করলে চেকআউটের সময় ডেলিভারি চার্জে স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে ৬০ টাকার ছাড় প্রযোজ্য হবে।

       ·    ৫৫০০ টাকা বা তার বেশি মূল্যের অর্ডারে ডেলিভারি চার্জ স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে সম্পূর্ণ মওকুফ হবে, অর্থাৎ ডেলিভারি ফি বিনামূল্যে হবে।

৩। ডেলিভারি পার্টনার:

  • আমরা দ্রুত ডেলিভারির জন্য REDx, পাঠাও, পেপারফ্লাই এবং সুন্দরবনের মতো নির্ভরযোগ্য কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসে পরিসেবা গ্রহণ করি।

৪। আন্তর্জাতিক শিপিং:

  • বর্তমানে আমরা আন্তর্জাতিক শিপিং সেবা এখনও দিচ্ছিনা তবে শীঘ্রই পরিসেবাটি চালু হবে।

৫। অর্ডার ট্র্যাকিং:

  • আপনার অর্ডার শীপমেন্টে দেওয়া হলে, আপনি ইমেলের মাধ্যমে একটি ট্র্যাকিং নম্বর ও ওয়েবলিংক পাবেন। আপনি উক্ত ওয়েবলিংক ব্যবহার করে অথবা সংশ্লিষ্ট ডেলাভারি পার্টনারের ওয়েবসাইটে ঢুকে ট্র্যাকিং নাম্বার ইনপুট দিয়ে আপনার অর্ডার ট্র্যাক করতে পারবেন।

৬। প্যাকেজিং:

  • পরিবহনের সময় যেকোন ক্ষতি প্রতিরোধ করার জন্য সকল আইটেম পর্যাপ্ত নিরাপত্তা দিয়ে প্যাকেজিং করা হয়।

৭। বিশেষ ক্ষেত্রে শিপিং-এ সীমাবদ্ধতা:

  • কিছু পণ্যের আকার বা আকৃতি ও প্রকৃতির কারণে শিপিং-এ সীমাবদ্ধতা থাকতে পারে, যা পণ্যের ডেসক্রিপশন পেজে উল্লেখ করা হবে।

৮। মিস/বিলম্বে ডেলিভারি:

  • আপনি ডেলিভারির সময় নির্দিষ্ট ঠিকানায় না থাকলে, কুরিয়ার সার্ভিস থেকে এসএমএসের মাধ্যমে আপনাকে একটি নোট পাঠাবে। আপনি উক্ত নোটের নির্দেশনা অনুযায়ী কুরিয়ারের সাথে যোগাযোগ করে পণ্যটি গ্রহণ করতে পারবেন। আমাদের পক্ষ থেকে শীপমেন্ট বিলম্বিত হলে আমাদের কাস্টমার কেয়ারে যোগাযোগ করুন।
  • যদি একজন ক্রেতা/গ্রাহক একাধিকবার ডেলিভারি মিস করেন, তবে আমাদের প্লাটফর্মে তার এক্সেস বন্ধ করে দেওয়া হবে।

৯। রিটার্ন এবং রিফান্ড:

  • যদি পণ্যটি আসল অবস্থায় রিটার্ন করা হয় তবে পণ্য রিটার্নপ্রাপ্তির ৭ দিনের মধ্যে পরীক্ষণপূর্বক গ্রহণ করা হয়। বিস্তারিত জানতে রিটার্ন এবং রিফান্ড পলিসি দেখুন।
  • যে পদ্ধতিতে পণ্যের পেইমেন্ট করা হয়েছে ঐ পদ্ধতিতে ১৪ দিনের মধ্যে রিফান্ড করা হয়। বিস্তারিত জানতে রিটার্ন এবং রিফান্ড পলিসি দেখুন।

Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. Shipping Charges:
● Within Dhaka City: BDT 70 per order for standard delivery (3-5 business days).
● Outside Dhaka: BDT 170 per order for standard delivery (5-7 business days).

2. Shipping Discount:
 ·  Orders worth between 2500 Taka and 5499 Taka will receive a 60 Taka discount automatically, on their delivery charges upon checkout.

         ·  Orders worth 5500 Taka or more will receive a full discount on their delivery charges automatically, making that particular order’s delivery fee free of charge upon checkout.

3. Delivery Partners:
● We partner with reliable courier services like REDx, Pathao, Paperfly, and Sundarban Courier for prompt delivery.
4. International Shipping:
● Currently, we do not offer international shipping. This service will be available soon.
5. Order Tracking:
● Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order through their website.
6. Packaging:
● All items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
7. Shipping Restrictions:
● Certain products may have shipping restrictions due to their size or nature, which will be noted on the product’s detail page.
8. Missed/Delayed Deliveries:
● If you are not at home during delivery, the courier will leave a note for rearrangement. Please contact the courier directly. For delayed deliveries, please contact our customer service.
● If a customer misses delivery multiple times, he will be restricted in accessing the platform.
9. Returns and Refunds:
● Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt if products are in their original condition. See refund and return policy.
